HIGH Short Sleeve Dress

Short sleeve dress in black technical “matelassé” jersey with raised abstract floral pattern. Round neckline fastened at back with a long nylon zip. Fitted bodice has a curved fit seam creating a circular shape front panel that runs into darts opening at the waist. Full, A-line skirt flares out from the waist with a raised and over stitched seam over the hem. Inseam side pockets.
